At Sizzix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home crafting and die-cutting tools. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Sizzix account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
